About the Job:

This job posting is looking for a hired hand to work full-time at a grain farm, so no livestock is involved.

Job Qualifications:

The hours of this job will vary based on the season.
Hours are more lenient in the summer and winter, but during planting season and harvest season, the laborer must be present.
Some farming experience and mechanical experience are required.
Having a CDL is a plus.

Job Duties:

Daily jobs will include operating/mechanical upkeep on tractors, grain carts, combine, semi, self-propelled sprayer or planters.
In addition, some physical labor is associated with this job, including but not limited to fixing tile and scooping grain bins.
The laborer must also be willing to learn and listen to instructions given.
